Surface treatment (or preparation) provides the object with a protecting surface layer. It can be done by applying an additional coating or by adapting a chemical treatment, such as electro-polishing or eloxation.
Even hot-dip zink coating along with other types of hot dip procedures are labelled as surface treatments. We have an efficient powder coating facility; able to handle both large production volumes and large objects.
This type of surface treatment gives a very durable surface and contains no solvents. Our modern facility provides a cost-effective solution, reducing the amount of powder needed.
Most of our products are packaged and ready to go straight into your production line.
Surface treatment/ Powder Coating – Example 1
After being washed, components are put into the spray booth where the right amount of powder is being applied to each component.
Surface treatment / Powder Coating – Example 2
Ready components are detached and packaged; made ready to go. Certain assembly and modification treatment is done immediately upon detachment in order to minimise product handling and damaging exposure.
Surface treatment / Powder Coating – Example 3
Seat plates ready for delivery – to Kinnarps – where the product’s final assembly is done.
