Most of our products are assembled using robotic welding.
We offer a range of welding solutions, incorporating http://www.jump4loves.com/ (CMT), Metal Inert Gas (MIG), Metal Active Gas (MAG) and Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding. We weld both with and without additives.

In a process which does not require robot welding, we will of course apply manual welding techniques.

Welding in one of our robotic welding cells. To be able to handle large objects, the cell features dual robots. The cell is further designed for high volume production runs.

This welding process previously caused a large amount of spatter. We further act as a sounding board to assist you with the technical performance as well as help guide you through the process of choosing the right material. When it comes to construction drawings, we utilise several design software programs. General Information about Welding
Welding is a process of permanently joining metal parts using heat. This creates a so called welded joint. Welding differs from soldering in that the pieces, which are to be joined, are melted and thus become part of the weld together with any possible additives, whereas during soldering only the additive metal is melted.
